The directory uses 249 ISO country and territory codes from IANA’s public-domain tzdata country table, plus a separate Kosovo entry using XK. These are starter profiles, not 250 fully reviewed local regulatory guides. 105 profiles link to a destination entry in the UPU addressing directory.
Hybrid tracking routes
48 carrier entries have tracking portals reviewed against official sources. 7 include a number-prefilled link. Source review confirms the tracking destination, not successful retrieval for a real parcel. The remaining website links are provider-catalog listings, not independently verified connections.

17TRACK published catalog ↗ supplied 3567 entries on October 31, 2026. Displayed websites and country associations come from that dataset and have not all been independently tested. Listing is not proof of an active connection or route availability.
Shipping guidance
General practical articles link to source resources. Destination-specific customs thresholds, tax rates, detailed restrictions, and guaranteed delivery dates are not asserted without verification. USPS resources apply to USPS services and U.S.-origin shipments where stated.
Live tracking
Official tracking portals do not need a packages.net tracking-provider account. In-page event data requires an approved carrier or tracking-provider API account. Coverage depends on the selected connection and service. Some carriers need extra shipment details. No service can promise to track every possible parcel.
