Find a shipping location and check its drop-off cutoff

Practical shipping guidance. Current prices, eligibility, and commitments must be confirmed with the selected carrier.

Use the carrier’s official locator

Start with the carrier that appears on your label or return instructions. A nearby store may not accept every carrier or service. Our locator links take you to official search tools; we do not publish guessed addresses or claim a store is open now.

Search around the actual handover point

Enter the postcode or locality where you plan to hand over the parcel. If you will be traveling, search that location rather than your home address. Review the result’s service details and any access requirements.

Check what the location can do

Confirm whether the site sells postage, accepts prepaid parcels, prints labels, handles returns, or offers the packing help you need. Also confirm any limits for parcel size, contents, or the particular service on your label.

Check collection time separately

Read both the opening hours and the relevant carrier cutoff. Contact the location if the last collection for your service is unclear. An open counter does not, by itself, confirm that the parcel will enter the network that day.

Keep evidence of handover

Ask for the available receipt or acceptance record and keep it with the tracking number. If you are returning an item, retain the retailer’s return instructions too. For an urgent shipment, confirm the expected next step before leaving.
